I live in Fountain Hills and everyone had been raving about this place. We decided to finally stop for lunch and it looked delicious! We got our meals to take home to go for lunch. We got home, I got through half of my sandwich and saw there was a dead bug in the other half of my sandwich. My mom had ordered a Caesar salad and she had some of what was gentleman’s hair in her food. We took them both back and they asked us for the receipt which we threw away earlier. They didn’t even bother to give us a refund or even a new meal. Really disappointed because my first half of my sandwich was fabulous, until I saw the dead bug in the other half, I lost my appetite. Such a bummer. Not coming back. ☹️👎🏼

First time I have ordered at this place and their sandwiches are phenomenal/amazing. I ordered for five people and everyone was satisfied with their choice. For me, it was the Italian sub. It was the best sub in Arizona. The way it is made back home in New Jersey. Loaded with meats. Whomever owns this place, keep it up, because people will be coming back. I know, I will...
